This was truly a good batch of sushi. The salmon sashimi was a nice start, subtle and tasty. The salmon nigiri was very flavorful and was a nice follow-up to the sashimi. Finally, the salmon maki rolls were the best. The inside-out maki was made using salmon, avocado, and crab, with tobiko on the outside. I need to tighten up the rolls just a little bit more but these were flavorful and satisfying.
